2 hours away from Tokyo, in Tateyama, lies this dive outfit all by itself called Bommie. They're known for their sharknados! Tons of these banded hound sharks swarm the area moving in and between everything around you. Even stingrays and other critters join in on the madness.

Most of the life here is very friendly to you and allow you to get real close to them. This is of course because they do feed the wildlife. You might not like that fact but the dive operator came to be because the banded hound shark were a common bycatch for the fishermen, who then came up with a solution with the dive operator to bait these sharks and keep them away from the fishermen. This in turn has become quite an attraction, almost like an underwater zoo. Definitely worth the trip!
